Butt PE Fittings Cast

Cast fittings for "butt welding" made of polyethylene, designed for installation of pressure underground water pipelines in gas pipelines made of polyethylene (HDPE) pipes. Fittings are welded at places of turns, branches, changes in the diameter of the line, connection of pipeline fittings, etc.

Butt PE fittings are produced by injection molding in injection molding machines from polyethylene grades with a minimum long-term strength of MRS 8.0 MPa (PE 80) and MRS 10.0 MPa (PE 100).

During butt welding, the heating element of a special welding machine heats the pipe and the part, followed by connection at a given pressure.
