Types of InsalPlast Lask® PVC Composite Manholes

Most prefabricated PVC sewer wells are divided into types - through passage and prefabricated.

Also, according to functionality, prefabricated PVC wells are divided into:

- sewer wells - are installed near houses and on the streets in places where domestic sewage is drained into the main sewer pipe;

- stormwater wells - serve to collect and direct rainwater from stormwater systems of roofs of houses to the main pipes of storm sewers;

- drainage wells - serve to connect drainage pipes in places of turns, branches and diameter transitions from the main pipeline to adjacent ones, or of a smaller diameter.

All sewer manholes made of PVC are designed for inspection and, if necessary, cleaning of sewer systems.

Walk-through sewer well PVC-PVC

Comprises:
- passage tray (kinets) with a diameter of 315mm or 400mm
- PVC rod pipe with a diameter of 315mm or 400mm
- rubber cuff for transition from 400mm to 315mm
- telescope with a diameter of 315mm and a length of 700mm
- a cast-iron hatch or a cast-iron grate with a base.

It is possible to install a well without a telescope, as well as with a concrete base and a hatch.

Prefabricated sewer well PVC-PVC

Comprises:

- collection tray (kinets) with a diameter of 400mm

- PVC rod pipe with a diameter of 400mm

- rubber cuff for transition from 400mm to 315mm

- telescope with a diameter of 315mm and a length of 700mm

- a cast-iron hatch or a cast-iron grate with a base.

It is possible to install a well without a telescope, as well as with a concrete base and a hatch.

Sewage well InCor-PVC or InCor-InCor

Comprises:

- passage tray (kinets) with a diameter of 315 or 400 mm

- core corrugated pipe InCor (SN4 or SN8) with a diameter of 315 or 400mm

- plastic transition from corrugated pipe 400mm to PVC pipe 315mm

- telescope with a diameter of 315mm and a length of 700mm

- a cast-iron hatch or a cast-iron grate with a base.

It is possible to install a well without a telescope, as well as with a concrete base and a hatch.

Prefabricated sewer chamber InCor-PVC or InCor-InCor

Comprises:

- collection tray (kinets) with a diameter of 315 or 400 mm

- core corrugated pipe InCor (SN4 or SN8) with a diameter of 315 or 400mm

- plastic transition from corrugated pipe 400mm to PVC pipe 315mm

- telescope with a diameter of 315mm and a length of 700mm

- a cast-iron hatch or a cast-iron grate with a base.

It is possible to install a well without a telescope, as well as with a concrete base and a hatch.

Characteristics and advantages of PVC prefabricated manholes:

• PVC prefabricated manholes are quickly, easily and securely assembled using rubber O-rings.

• PVC wells are very light, easy to transport and install - the specific gravity of PVC and PP pipes is many times less than that of concrete ones.

• Absence of all types of corrosion; very resistant to acids, alkalis and salts.

• Bearing rod pipes of PVC and corrugated PP manholes are easy to cut - right at the installation site, you can quickly shorten the pipe, which reduces the time and equipment required to install the well.

• PVC and PP pipes have almost the same thermal conductivity as thermal insulation materials.

• PVC manholes and PVC and PP pipes are resistant to most aggressive substances.

• High electrical insulation. Electrical corrosion is excluded.

• PVC pipes are hardly flammable, the ignition temperature is 500 ºС.

• The service life of wells is more than 50 years.
